Discover Your Leadership Capacity Are you a new or potential leader in your community or organization and interested in exploring your strengths as a leader? The National Learning Initiative has identified a set of key competencies for leaders in the voluntary sector. This interactive workshop will introduce you to these competencies, assist you to identify your strengths and identify areas in which to build capacity, and assess your community group’s capacity as a team.
